All new student applications are placed in our waiting list queue on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to apply online or via a hard copy application as soon as possible.

Thank you for your interest in sending your student to LMA. Whether you are a current parent with a first-time student joining the rest of your Swampcat brood on our campus, an alum starting your first child with us, or a member of our community otherwise motivated to send your student(s) here, we are looking forward to welcoming you into our family.
Please take the time to read the instructions below prior to filling out your application form. The instructions list all of the information you will need in order to complete the application in full. Once we have reviewed your submission, we will reach out to you with an itemized invoice and a pay link. You MUST pay the application fee(s) charged, or your application will not be added to our queue.*
Applicants: Read before you begin!
*PLEASE NOTE: All new student applications are first added to our waiting list. Per our policy, we give current students priority when filling seats. Current students have until our specified due date to claim their seats (i.e., to register for the upcoming school year). After this deadline, we will begin filling seats from our waiting list. Applicants will be contacted in the order in which they are accepted.
*If you would like to pay in person, you may drop off payment at the school during normal school-day hours. When dropping off payment, please note that your application—whether previously filled out online or dropped off as a hard copy with payment—will not be released/added to our waiting list queue until we have full payment in hand.

Legal birth certificate
Medical information, including list of allergies and vaccination records (a South Carolina immunization form)
Official transcripts from any institution previously attended
Emergency contact information for each student
Billing information and preferences for the 2026-2027 academic year
